Never Stop Digital LLC (“NSD”) provides digital marketing, appointment-setting, and related professional services.

Appointment Deposits (Non-Refundable)

Deposits collected for appointment setting, consultation scheduling, or campaign initiation are non-refundable. These deposits secure time, resources, staffing, and scheduling commitments and are required to reserve availability.

Once an appointment or campaign slot is reserved, the deposit is earned and no cancellations or refunds are permitted, regardless of attendance, participation, or outcome.

Recurring Digital Marketing Services

For recurring services such as SEO, website management, or ongoing digital marketing:

Billing occurs on a recurring basis as outlined in the service agreement

Clients may cancel future billing with written notice as defined in their contract

No refunds are issued for services already rendered or billing cycles already processed

Chargebacks

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to NSD’s non-refund policy for appointment deposits and the recurring billing terms for ongoing services. Chargebacks filed contrary to these terms are considered invalid disputes.
